Your written strategy explains the recommended countries and residency routes, the reasons behind them and the order of work. Independent lawyers and tax advisers review the questions agreed in your brief within the included allowance. We bring their conclusions into the plan and walk through your PDF with you and, if you wish, your existing advisers.

Every residency and implementation engagement begins with a personal strategy prepared by Latin Privilege Advisory. Its fee is separate and is not credited towards later services. Implementation follows your review and acceptance of the plan. A Discovery Visit can take place before or after strategy.

Your strategy may cover one country or a combination. The included allowance covers independent legal and tax review and related coordination on the questions agreed in your brief. Further review beyond this allowance is charged at the combined hourly rate for counsel and coordination, with the scope and fixed budget agreed in writing before additional work begins. The appointed professionals issue their own opinions. Legal documents, company formation and implementation are scoped separately. Work included in your agreed residency package remains included.

Preparation and coordination are included and do not reduce your reserved hours. Time runs from the agreed meeting or pickup to the agreed finish, including programme travel, waiting and meal stops. Longer days, evenings and additional destinations are scoped and priced beforehand. Your proposal confirms the team, services, vehicle and daily timings.

You can reserve a Discovery Visit during a residency trip. Residency appointments, coordination and included transfers remain covered by that package; optional exploration days carry the Discovery daily fee. Travel with our team to explore another city or country forms part of the Discovery programme. Arranging your independent travel or other requests outside the programme is separately quoted Private Concierge work.

Your flights, accommodation, dining and travel between countries are separate. Where our team needs to travel, necessary transport, accommodation and meals are separately budgeted at a standard consistent with your itinerary. Any travel-only team days are quoted separately. All arrangements, fees and expenses are agreed before booking.

A visit helps you decide where you feel at home. Residency and further implementation follow an agreed strategy.

Separate fixed fees apply to adult applicants aged 18 and over and accompanying children under 18, per residency application. Both cover all local costs of the agreed residency process. The required personal strategy is charged separately. Optional Discovery programmes during your stay carry the reserved-day fee; concierge requests outside your residency package are quoted separately.

Your move has our attention long before you arrive. We prepare around your circumstances, bring in experienced local professionals and plan the practical details with your safety, privacy and comfort in mind. You have a named coordinator and a team who knows your plans throughout the agreed residency process.

Business formation and related coordination are quoted individually, outside the residency package. The proposal identifies our work, independent professional fees, registrations and any premises or operating costs before you proceed.

Independent local professionals advise on the legal form, tax treatment and registrations. Latin Privilege Advisory coordinates the agreed work and keeps it connected to your wider plans. Residence, company formation and eligibility for a tax incentive are separate questions.

The discussion starts with your activity, customers, team and where decisions will be made. Local specialists assess the appropriate company form, registrations and applicable rules. Formation and banking are planned together, with the bank’s requirements considered separately.

Introductions to our trusted banking specialists are included for our clients. Legal or compliance support is quoted individually only if needed, with the proposed work and fees agreed before it begins. Any bank charges are confirmed separately by the bank.

The bank assesses the application and sets its own documentation, account and service conditions. Specialists guide the preparation and procedures; Latin Privilege Advisory coordinates the agreed introductions and practical steps.

Book a single month or a 90-day settling-in programme. There is no automatic renewal, and individual months need not be consecutive. You can request further months for a future stay; dates and availability are agreed in advance. Our aim is to help you feel settled and independent at your own pace.

The hourly rate applies to work beyond your included hours and occasional help between booked months or after your programme. We agree the scope and estimated time before that work begins.

Welcome Home is separate from the residency package. Hours cover the total time our team spends on research, calls, visits and coordination. School fees, lessons, purchases, travel and independent providers’ charges are agreed and paid separately.

Each assignment is quoted for the agreed scope, research, coordination, reserved team time and independent providers’ charges. We agree the work and fees before proceeding. Additional requests or extended availability require an agreed fee before that work begins. Services already included in another package are not charged again.
