Our photography

Photographs marked “From our private collection” come from our own travels in Latin America. They share places and details we have experienced first-hand. Photographs supplied by hotels and other outside sources keep their separate credits.

Authorship and responsibility

Work prepared on behalf of our advisory is published under the Latin Privilege Advisory name. We name individual authors when their contribution is established. Elena personally supervises client engagements; this does not imply that she writes every article.

Sources and checks

Migration and tax guidance gives priority to official procedures, legislation and publications from the responsible authorities. A source-check date records when those sources were consulted. We identify professional legal or tax review separately, only after a named professional has completed it.

Updates and corrections

The publication date is retained. The update date changes after a substantive edit. Guidance states its next source review; a rule change can require an earlier revision. Report a possible error to office@latinprivilegeadvisory.com with the page and relevant source.

Applying information to a case

General information does not determine an applicant’s eligibility or tax treatment. A personal decision requires the facts, current requirements and necessary professional opinions. Government decisions and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Pearls and personal recommendations

Pearls shares Elena's personal recommendations from her own stays. Selection is editorial, not a ranking, and a place in the collection cannot be purchased. Hotels operate independently and confirm their own current rates, availability and service terms. A recommendation reflects Elena's experience; it is not a guarantee of a particular stay or travel safety.
