THE ROLE OF A CONCIERGE
At Latin Privilege, the concierge acts as the Project Manager of your residency. Their role is to ensure smooth procedures and minimize the risk of formal errors.
How does it work in practice?
The concierge provides you with precise instructions and checklists, verifies documents before they are translated, coordinates the flow of documents in South America, and monitors every stage of the process.
The physical acquisition of documents in the country of origin remains the client’s responsibility — this is standard practice. However, if you wish, we can offer support in this area as part of your service package, assisting with the organization and collection of documents.
This model ensures that you retain full control and clarity, while we are responsible for the logic and effectiveness of implementing the strategy.
